Use of Ziggy

Ziggy provides GitHub pull request triage, contributor reputation signals, code-risk analysis, and reward workflow support for maintainers. You are responsible for how you configure and use Ziggy in your repositories.

Maintainer Decisions

Ziggy is decision support. It does not replace maintainer review, security review, legal review, or project governance. Maintainers keep the final decision on whether to merge, reject, ignore, or reward a contribution.

Rewards and Payouts

Reward labels indicate maintainer intent to consider payment, not a guarantee that any contributor will be paid. A payout should only happen after the maintainer approves the work. Payout execution is powered by Pvium and may be subject to Pvium's own terms, compliance checks, supported regions, and operational limits.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Ziggy to spam contributors, manipulate scores, evade abuse controls, submit malicious code, violate GitHub's rules, infringe third-party rights, or create misleading reward offers. We may limit or suspend access for abuse, security risk, or operational harm.

Service Limits

Ziggy may apply rate limits, PR analysis limits, repository limits, dashboard visibility thresholds, webhook queueing, and abuse controls. Some PRs may be delayed, hidden by default, skipped, or marked for manual review.

No Warranty

Ziggy is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that every spam, unsafe, copied, low-quality, or malicious pull request will be detected. We also do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific model behavior, or payout availability.

Third-Party Services

Ziggy depends on GitHub, Pvium, hosting providers, database providers, and AI providers. Those services may change, fail, impose limits, or enforce their own terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Ziggy changes. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated terms.
